However, any purchases made through the Spirudio store are transactions directly between you and Spirudio.

Shopify is not the seller of Spirudio products and is not responsible for the products purchased from Spirudio or for claims arising directly from your purchase or use of those products, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
