1. Eligibility for Returns
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
– Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
– For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
– Opened or used items
– Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
– Gift cards or promotional items

3. Refunds
– Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.
– Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

4. Exchanges
– Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged products.
– Requests must be submitted to support@spirudio.com within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos.

5. Shipping Returns
– All returns require prior authorization. Contact support@spirudio.com before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Spirudio is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
– If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

7. Final Sale Items
– Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
